He Has Risen Indeed!

Easter was really fun this year. Kate actually got it. She understood the fact that while, yes, there is this thing called the Easter Bunny, there’s a deeper meaning behind this wonderful holiday. That Jesus died on the cross and rose from the dead. In church today, the congregation would say “He has risen indeed!” Kate was saying that a lot today. It was pretty cool. Don’t get me wrong, she’s five, so the whole Easter Bunny is a little more important to her. But I’m proud of her for learning something so important.
